How to quickly go back to "My Day" on that stupid app?

When i display multiple items from top left blue "hamburger" menu also what a stupid name, how do i go back to display my day screen?
Right now have to close app and reopen to see my day again

Back arrow. Either the one that is showing on the top of your screen shots, or the "virtual" back arrow that should show on the bottom (depending on what your phone is).
