Looking for an explanation or fix. This has happened multiple times. When I have a high step (21,000) and stair count (124 floors) myfitnesspal changes the count after syncing. Yesterday my vivomove hr and garmin connect app registered 21,000 steps but dropped to 14,000 after syncing and myfitnesspal wouldn't show anything higher. The vivomove and garmin connect also changed the count to the lower number. Any ideas?
