I like to use the Garmin Connect app to schedule my workouts and also regularly review my stats per day. Unfortunately however, planning ahead a few days becomes difficult when the 'Daily Details' screen only shows the date, but no weekday (e.g. Monday). Somehow in my brain it works a lot better when planning through weekdays instead of dates. I wouldn't mind if this means removing the year, since I usually don't plan ahead more than a few days or max weeks.
