Samsung S9+ with android pie - Caller ID not working

My Galaxy S9+ updates Andoid 9.0 ever since does not work Caller ID display. Only "UNKNOW CALLER" displayed. Everything else work correctly.

My phone was in service and back to android 8.0. But Garmin connect updated today, maybe i try again. Wrong when I wrote "UNKNOWN CALLER" instead "INCOMING CALL"

I try new Garmin Connect and 9.0 PIE, successfully working.

Yes. The new Update for Garmin connect solved the Problem. Thx
