Garmin connect crashing

Hi I have a Samsung A6+ and when I try allow connect in smart notifications, I get a window saying "settings keeps stopping". I have cleared all memory, forced stop the app and reset the phone. I have also tried clearing all memory and reinstalled the app, but cant seem to find a solution to my problem. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I have the same issue as Edelbeans, always using a Samsung A6+. Can anybody help us to solve the problem? The feeling is that it's a bug still open at Garmin
