Approach x40 Not Syncing Multiple Activities

I go to the gym and perform CARDIO activity and select SAVE on device. I then select activity OTHER, workout on equipment, select SAVE on device. I retire to the locker room, Bring up Garmin Connect on phone, SYNC. Only the activity OTHER syncs. CARDIO does not.
