Garmin connect mobile + vivoactive3

Just got my vivoactive3 today, and I'm starting to explore. Downloaded and installed the connect app on my Sony Xperia Z5, my watch and phone are connected and syced. I think...

None of my workout data has been transfered from my watch to my phone, even though the status is connected and synced.

Furthermore, my connect app doesn't look like my friens app, I have no info about my day whatsoever, instead I have it as the picture shows. Is there anyone who can give me some help to get it in order?
