How to see KM wise pace instead of lap wise?

Earlier, I was using Strava and it shows my pace for every KM. I am not able to see similar stats in Garmin Connect Android app. I can see min, max and average pace, speed, temprature, timing, heart rate and lap wise pace. How can I see KM wise pace??

P.S. - I am using VA3M
  • JayPatadiya unless you have laps set for each Km then you won't see an average pace for that km in connect

So what do you recommend as a solution? I have auto lap on at the moment, should I stop lap at all?
  • JayPatadiya - do you still use Strava - I sync all my runs with Strava but mostly use Connect for monitoring my training etc.

If you are not using structured workouts then I would simply set autolap on your va3 https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/vivoactive3/EN-US/GUID-97010D91-30E5-42CD-871D-ED17CA77C5AC.html that should

However the fact that you mention lap pace suggests to me that you are - unfortunately in Connect you only get pace per lap and overall pace - so if you have a workout that is 5 Min warmup 10 min run 5 min cooldown then you will get pace for each of those "laps" but not per kilometre.

If you set auto lap then you will also get laps marked off for each KM that you run from the last lap start - so if you have a workout

    5 min warmup

    10 Min Run

    5 Min cooldown

If you run at 4 mins per KM

Lap 1 will be at 1KM (4 mins)

Lap 2 will be .25 KM after Lap 1 (5 mins)

Lap 3 will be 1 KM after lap 2 - and so on...

Probably not what you want unfortunately

May be best to sync with Strava and use that for the KM pacing when you need it

    Hope that helps

Absolutely this helps. Can I also set my running activity per KM instead of 5 min warm up, 10 Min Run, 5 min cool down? If yes, by doing so, will I get lap per KM?
  • JayPatadiya yes you can so warm up 1km 2km run 1km cool down and if you have auto lap on then you will get the pace for each km
