Audio prompts every km?

Hi. New Fenix 5 Plus owner.

I was flipping through the settings and this forum and I have a question.

One thing I like about Strava is that it has audio prompts every km to tell you your time and average pace over the last km.

Garmin seems to only have time-based or lap-based audio prompts. Is there a distance-based option? Or can I set a "lap" to be one km?

If not, is there an official way to request features from Garmin? This feels like a fairly common feature and I was surprised that a watch with so many customization options (it truly is mind-boggling) doesn't have this.

Replying to my own post. Today on my hike I got audio prompts of each "lap" which was triggered at each km. Basically exactly what I want. But if I trigger a lap by pressing the bottom-right button it will reset the per-km cadence.
