Sending courses broken

Since the latest update (4.12.3) I can no longer send courses to my 645 Music. It gets to the screen with all of the devices, shows it as connected, but there's nothing I can do on that screen to progress. It happens with both courses created on the phone and the web.

Phone is a Huawei Mate 10 Pro.

    Same for me - both on EDGE 1000 and Fenix 5X...
  • Same issue here with the Fenix 5X Plue. When I select the course and then select the 'send to device' button. The app shows my Fenix and shows it as connected, but does not show an option to select the device or confirm sending it to the device, like it normally would if you were sending a workout from your phone to your device.

    My phone is an android shows version 4.13.3 updated on 11/20/18.

    Was able to send the course through Garmin Express via my PC.

    Looks like this is a known issue though! Nice!
  • If you have Windows or Mac you can use Garmin Express to send workouts via USB, but as a Linux user I had to code a workout writer for myself. If I get around to making it user-friendly I'll make it available for others.
  • The screen looks like that described above for me, but I simply tap the connected message and it sends the course to the watch.
  • gasteropod are you using Garmin Connect for android version 4.13.3? Just checked on my iPad and it works fine. Does not work on my Galaxy S9+ with GC for android.

  • gasteropod for the others on this thread it is not working. I'm using an S9+ and cannot get past the image below even after tapping on it. Checked the device and nothing has transferred. All other BT functionality works between the phone and the device.

    As a result I've opened a case with Garmin, which they confirmed is an issue. I also supplied them with all pertinent logs and screenshots. Anyone else with the same issue should notify Garmin support, as I stated above.
  • My screen looks a little different to the one you show above. I have a COMPATIBLE section and a NOT COMPATIBLE section. But after tapping the watch on the screen it sends it to the watch and displays a similar image.

  • I've got the same issue with mit FR935. Just wrote like suggested an email to the support. Hope this will be fixed soon.
  • Same problem for me using android device. Can't send courses to either my Fenix 5S or my Edge 520. Once the course is selected to send it then lists the devices but none of them can be selected even though it shows them as connected.
