Sending courses broken

Since the latest update (4.12.3) I can no longer send courses to my 645 Music. It gets to the screen with all of the devices, shows it as connected, but there's nothing I can do on that screen to progress. It happens with both courses created on the phone and the web.

Phone is a Huawei Mate 10 Pro.
  • I have the same problem on GC 4.13.3 with Forerunner 935 on Android 8.1.0. No idea how to send a course over to the watch anymore, because there's no way to select the watch when sending courses over.

    Just checked and it's also not working for my 520.
  • I just now called in a ticket for this. They confirmed that this is a known issue. I pointed them to this thread. Also, they recommended that anyone impacted should either call the support desk or use online chat to report their issue. The more users that report this, the faster a fix will be pushed out.
  • Same here (645 non-music, and Google Pixel phone), had to load the course for my Turkey Trot through my computer / Garmin Express. Where is the on-line chat to report issues? I'm guessing they'll probably be closed for Thanksgiving anyway?
  • Nighthawk700 web chat can be located at garmin.com >> Support >> Support Center >> enter "Garmin Connect App" >> choose a topic >> enter at topic keyword. Scroll down to "Contact Us for More Help", click on CHAT. And yes, closed for Thanksgiving.

    I had to install an old version of the app and now it is working fine
  • V 4.13.3 Can't send courses to Fenix. FR935 or Epix, will report the issue via email. Sending workouts hasn't worked for weeks either, but that's probably not related to this issue.
  • the same issue with my FR935. Courses could be uploaded via web Garmin Connect. Just select course and send to the device. After sync with GCM the course is installed.
