Notifications keep popping up despite of them being turned off (after a missed call|)

Hi,

By default I have all smart notifications turned off except for the phone app (to see incoming calls).
Recently after a missed call; notifications will start popping up from another app (maas 360 mail).

This is consisent behavior; missed call & then the notifications start. I have this problem on two phones --> Galaxy s9+ (android 8); Pixel 3 (android 9). I am using forerunner 645 music.
