Cannot send courses from Connect mobile to Forerunner 935

I recently got a FR935, mostly for the navigation and elevation features, but I cannot succeed to send a course (imported successfully from a GPX or KML) in my Android Garmin Connect mobile app: when clicking the "send to device" button for the course, I have the following error message "Your device does not support courses".
I used the PC software "Basecamp" and it works as a charm to send a course to the watch, it only doesn't work from the Mobile app.
I used to have my FR225 paired with the app, and I deleted it, but still having the same issue.

Below are further info about the watch version and app setting:

Garmin Connect: v4.10
Garmin Forerunner 935: Firmware 10.10

Thank you in advance for pointing me into the right direction or an existing thread (I searched but could not nothing similar)

You could try removing the device from the GC app and readding it.

Thanks for the tip, I tried it earlier and did it again now, but the same error message appear when trying to send the course to the watch.

Up, I still have this issue and didn't find any solution so far, any help or pointers would be much appreciated,

Could you try it with a course that has not been imported.

I created a course directly on Garmin Connect mobile app, but the same error message appear, thank you for your suggestion.

Can’t help you with the Android app, but as a workaround can you use the GC website to sync courses? It works on mobile (tho not very well).

Left hand menu > Training > Courses > select course > send to device

You can ignore the popup about Garmin Express and sync with Bluetooth or WiFi. If it still doesn’t work then there’s more info you can report if you decide to contact Garmin support. [email][email protected][/email]
