Sleep data fails to sync

I am using Garmin Connect Mobile 4.11 on Android (Pie) with a Forerunner 935.

During the first week, it took up to half a day to show the REM sleep data. It often showed the light/deep within an hour. I often had to manually activate a sync in the app (over Bluetooth) and/or on the watch (over wifi). The syncs send all the heart rate and activity data but not all of the sleep data.

The sleep page shows my last sync as 9/22/18 yet today is 9/26/18 and it shows the complete data for today and incomplete data for the last two days. Image attached.
