Strange behavior

Hello,

Woke up today to notice this strange behavior
Yesterday my stepcount was over 20K for the day. My activity minutes were over 800, which is my weekly target.
Now I see I did ? only 12K steps yesterday, that ain't possible for 16 km of running, a heartbeat of 238 max, and less activity minutes.
Where does the change come from, it is clearly an error.

Any ideas ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1405241.jpg

Restarted my phoned and synced ones more, now activity and yesterday's stepcount are back. Is data changed during an off-sync period?
    And did I really have a 238 HR? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1405244.jpg
  • I have the same problem regarding the stepcount with my FR920XT and garmin connect.
After running activities the watch can show for example 15000 steps total that day, but GC shows only 13500. After a restart of the watch the watch shows 13500 steps.
This error is recurring everytine I run, and the longer I run the larger the difference. 5k run, error in the range 300-1000 steps, 10k run error 1000-4000 steps, and after a 15k run the difference can be almost 8000 steps. That's very annoying especially if you run in the evening and the watch says stepgoal reached but when you wake up the next day your suite of 40+ days reaching your goal is broken because Garmin connect only counted 15000steps instead of 17500 when your goal was 15500 (example).
Haven't found any solution other then restarting the watch, and it's always the watch that resets and lowers it's number of steps, never the other way around.

At the moment I have not noticed the issue on my side for some time now.
I once had the 'problem' that I was on the road with the watch, notice it did not count floors right and I did a reset, I lost the floors I had until that moment, the watch started with 0 again.
That's probably just because I did not have my phone with me, so the floor count could not be synced. I do not see that as a failure.
So I guess I cannot support a lot here, sorry.
