I have a Garmin 935 on 10.10, Garmin Connect 4.9.4 on Google Pixel Android 9.0. For as long as I can remember, rearranging the apps on my 935 via Garmin Connect does nothing. It says that it is saving my changes but its nothing but lies ????. To make matters work, everytime I sync my watch with my phone, it resets the app order on the watch to the default order from GC. The problem has persisted through factory reset on both the phone and the watch. Help please?
Thanks for your response. I actually meant just the apps: when I go to start an activity, I press the lap button and it brings up a list of my activities. My favorites are at the top and then the rest of the installed activities are listed below. I can adjust the order on the watch itself and they will stay in that order. However, if I rearrange the order of the activities via Garmin connect on my phone, it says that it is saving my new order but it lies :-) the order on my phone and watch immediately go back to some default order and the apps I moved to my favorites are moved back to the bottom.
