Incorrect times for activities

Is anyone else having this problem? My run was 30 minutes, 30 seconds but my stride length, vertical ratio, vertical oscillation, and ground contact time all show my activity as being over 2 hours in length. I have a Fenix 5X plus paired with the HRM-Tri. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1390266.png ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1390267.png ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1390268.png ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1390269.png
  • DaveBarksdale weird so the HR track is fine but the others are way too long

Can you post the run details page too
  • Ok, here goes:

Your running dynamics data is not 1h52 long. It is 1 minute 52 seconds long! You've run into a known issue where the watch drops running dynamics data about 2 minutes after activity start. I cannot recall now where I saw this thread, but search the forum for running dynamics dropout.
  • Btw, when you look at your activity in the web browser version of Garmin Connect on your computer, then you'll clearly see the issue, because the web version of Garmin Connect - contrary to the mobile app - puts all the graphs at the same scale.

Got it guys....Thanks. I think someone else already mentioned that this is a known issue but I was looking at the Power metric from the HRM-Tri. I can clearly see that it's 1 minute and 52 seconds now that I look on my desktop data. The mobile app needs some work. I wish Garmin would figure this out, I paid almost $1,000 dollars for this 5X Plus only to find out my older 5X works better. Sigh.
