Migrated fenix, steps missing from app?

Hi all any ideas most welcome...

I migrated from my fenix 3 to fenix 5 plus yesterday, ajd everything gone well, vo2max value there, records ect, but the app shows the steps I did after lunchtime with the fenix 5, not the total for the day when I did a 8km run on the fenix 3 before migrating.

I have synced a few times. Oh on the fenix 5 plus, version 3.1, in the steps widget it shows yesterday I hit my target of 13000 steps, it's just the app and the website not showing the right values...

Was the Fenix 3 your primary activity tracker when you synced? If not, the activity would come over but not the steps.

Hi, well i am quite anal tbh about syncing, and so did a run, and checked data went to strava via zwift, and after i switched primaryt devices, immediately (as in 3 mins later) the fenix 5 plus changed from 0 to 8k steps, so transferred the steps, i then used new watch to end of day, hit the 13k target, my watch shows the number hit, just website does not... normally this might seem trivial on the forumn, but i have only missed my step target 3 times since november, and id rather it was 2...
