Hi everybody, I created a workout on my smartphone with the app Garmin Connect BUT, when I click on the icon to send it to my Vivoactive3, I get the message "incompatible". Does anyone know how can I solve the problem? Thank you.
Hello, just searching through the forums, and found this. I don't have a solution, but just wanted to say that I am having the same issue with my Forerunner 735xt. So far, I can sync any of my Running workouts, but any cardio or strength ones are where I get the "device incompatible" response. This didn't used to be an issue, as I have sent cardio and strength workouts to my watch in the past.
