I have a Fenix 3 HR. Until 6 months ago I could transfer my activities to my garmin connect account but now it does not work any longer.
Today I have updated my Fenix 3 watch and garmin connect mobile on my mobile phone (version 4.8). So I am up-to-date.
I thought it was ok as it has synchronized during 35 minutes (6 months of activities to transfer) but still not ok. I cannot see my activities in Garmin Connect.
Of course I can view activities in the history on Fenix 3 watch.
It is not a bluetooh problem. I can see in garmin connect mobile that connection is ok (green watch).
So everything seems ok ... but not possible to transfer activities.
I also tried with Garmin Connect Express on my laptop.
Any idea?
