Vivoactive 3 won't connect to Moto e4 Plus

I've been in contact with the Garmin Support phone number for about three months now. No real solution has been given. I've got two reclamation mumbers right now. The second one was put on today.
I've updated evertything to the last version, everytime, but no difference has been achieved.
Works right with Other phone models at home (Samsung j5, Sony Xperia M2), but none out of the three Moto e4 Plus we've got at home.
Please fix it! Three months is enough time.
