Garmin Pay tap in app, is not shown

My Girlfriend has a VivoActive3 watch and Huewei P9. From her Bank she got the information, that she should be able to use Garmin Pay with her Master Card.

We have install apps, upgraded Firmware and app to the newest one.
But when we go under VivoActive3 in the app, to create a Wallet, the Tap is not there!

Can someone help us. Is it the Phone or why is the Tap not shown?

Not 100% sure what you mean by the "Tap"?

For me within the Garmin connect app go to:

> Garmin Devices > vivoactive 3 > Garmin Pay > then the "add card" icon top right of screen
