Can't change HR zones

Hello! I'm trying to change and rename the 5 heart rate zones to 7 so that I can pull from the drop downs when creating workouts. Is there any way to do this?

You can't change the number of zones as far as I know but you can select from the 5 available when creating a workout

Why particularly do you need 7?
