I have a vivoactive 3. As of yesterday all my Connect IQ apps have been deleted off my watch but are still showing downloaded on my phone. Why is this and how can I fix it? Where the apps should be on my watch it shows this icon "IQ!". Anyone else having this trouble?
IQ! indicates the CIQ app crashed. So, they are on your watch, but something odd is going on. What you can try is rebooting the watch. Hold the button for 15-20 seconds, until the watch turns itself off, then back on.
