Connect IQ won't sync

I have a vivoactive 3. As of yesterday all my Connect IQ apps have been deleted off my watch but are still showing downloaded on my phone. Why is this and how can I fix it? Where the apps should be on my watch it shows this icon "IQ!". Anyone else having this trouble?
  • IQ! indicates the CIQ app crashed. So, they are on your watch, but something odd is going on. What you can try is rebooting the watch. Hold the button for 15-20 seconds, until the watch turns itself off, then back on.
