How to do a walk/run for beginners using VivoSport?

I am just starting running and will need to do a walk run cycle, something like 2. Run, 5m walk.

Should I create a work out with the cycle in a repeat section? How do I start a workout from VivoSport? Or do I have to do that from App?

Or is there a way to do this just from the Run mode on VivoSport?
