Sending Training Plans not working

For the past week or so on my Fenix 3HR sending training plans to the device from Garmin Connect is once again not working as it should. It seems like this has been a previous issue with multiple announcements being made about it being fixed.

Unfortunately this is once again not working the way it should. Sending the training calendar to the device only puts the workout for the current day in the Training Calendar, and then dumps a bunch of workouts for the last few training weeks into My Workouts.

Could somebody form Garmin please confirm that this is a know issue and they are working on it. I find it very frustrating that everything would work great, and then all of a sudden things that worked before suddenly stops because of updates being rolled out.

Is it possible for the Garmin developers to write test cases, surely this is not acceptable practice to roll out updates and almost always roll out bugs with them on features that existed for years?
  • This has been going on for over a year. The "send to device" option disappears. After a few weeks it returns but in the meantime it is impossible to send calendar workouts to my watch. It's really frustrating that they keep having this same issue. I can't get it to work on the app or the web site. The solution is always to wait a few weeks, send the workouts and then expect it to be broken again the next time you need to use it.
