Hi, I am writing for the wife.... she uses the Garmin connect app on her android phone for all of her cycling strava uploads and has had issues recently. She was asked on her PC to update Garmin connect, which she did, and now her android phone app has asked the same. She has updated, but now every time she starts the app up, she has to register with all of her details, the app is not saving any information,, any ideas as she is not IT literate and just gets very annoyed and frustrated when things do not work, and to tell the truth I am pissed off getting the sharp end of it. Are Garmin as bad as they seem?
