Hi i got a new phone. so i download the garmin connect. now when i am go inside activity i can't find all the data like laps time zone and basicly everything... any ideas???
Have you looked to see if it has appeared on GC on the interweb?
Some while back there was an issue with the activity date being corrupted resulting in the activity being uploaded to some time in the past. If it hasn't appeared - and mine usually appear in a minute or two with good connectivity - you should perhaps check the date of the file. Use FitFileTools to have a look if you can. Might not work as thinking about it aren't the 305 files .tcx? I think you might be able to have a look at the file in a text editor in that case.
