Have you checked this page about treadmill calibration? How Does the Treadmill Calibration Feature Work on My Garmin Watch?
Basically: Run at least 1 mile with the treadmill profile, press stop, select calibrate, enter the correct distance.
Even ever calibration and save, the data shown is wrong.
What data is wrong and where? If you refer to a 3rd party service just like the OP, then you have to speak to them, and aks them to use the calibrated Total Distance saved in the FIT file of the calibrated activity.
The activity file contains data points (in up to 1s rate), which contain the pre-calibrated distance, exactly as they were recorded in the real-time, and then there is a separate Total Distance field, containing the post-activity calibrated distance. Unfortunately, some services, such as Strava, do not use the Total Distance value to adjust the data, just like Garmin Connect does, but only use the pre-calibration data, without adjusting the according to the calibration.
Speak to the support of the 3rd party service and make them aware that the FIT file does contain the correct calibrated total distance, that should be used on their side.
I'm not able to correct it now
Open the activity in Garmin Connect and edit the distance there.
