Don't get smart notification

Hello,
my Setup is an Edge 25 and an Android Phone.

And my problem is that I get no notification except Phonecalls and SMS.
But notifications from e.g. Whatsapp will not show up on the Edge 25.

I have granted the Connect App to read notification.
And also activated all Apps in the Settings for Smart notification.
