Connect Mobile / Edge 520: Emergency Report via SMS not sending details

Hi,

recently, my Edge 520 (FW 12.53) sent an (luckily false alarm, but anyway) emergency report via an Android 7.1.2 mobile phone using Connect Mobile 4.5.1. While all contacts received both an SMS and an email, only the email contained the required information about my location. The SMS only contained variables like %1. Please see attached a screenshot of how it looked in the past and how it looks now. Please fix this asap, since especially in rural regions you often have low connection signal w/o internet connection, offering not more than the option to send SMSs.
