Floors not syncing after maintenance

After the last garmin maintenance, the floors activity is not displaying/syncing. The last recorded floors climbed was on April 14, 2018. My device is the Forerunner 935. Has anyone experienced this too? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1336305.png
