Notification about new type of achievement

Good day.
Recently I received the notification about new achievement from android connect. I have Garmin 935 and Android 7 smartphone. Notification leads to a new menu group with extensive achievement/badges tree, experience points system and level-ups. I'm not able to revisit this menu after I leaved it.
What it was? This is some new system, or it is the system available to some other device? Maybe there is a possibility to enter the menu but I cannot find the right place in the program?

Drat! I came here to see if I could learn more about the new badges. After I saw your message I went back to Connect, and couldn't see them again either. :-( Looked like a pretty extensive list when I was scrolling through! Hope it gets the full implementation soon, and hope it'll be available on line too, not just in the app.

Looks like the same thing happened in the iOS group as well.

I did a 5km walk and then the new badge system popuped again. I jumped from lvl 1 to level 2.
Seems like mountain bike, running etc. have special badges. Not clear how-to access this menu.

As someone stated in the iPhone forum, I just downloaded the newest version on Android. Then under Profile, you can see the new badges.

Since the update I've retrospectively earnt some badges, but not all badges where I've met the criteria. Has this happened to anyone else?

No, I only "earned" Badges from yesterday on (since this was introduced and the update installed). And I matched all criteria to them.

I have a few from March 30th, but seems to be as far back as it goes for me. It'll be a while before my next marathon to earn that badge! :-)

It's April 3rd for me. I got a 'new' badge today but it's also dated April 3rd. It's a 60 consecutive days with the steps goal achieved. It can be a recurring badges (* x) but I did't get the '* 3' since it's been over 180 days that I met my 10,000 steps a day goal.

But that makes sense. You have met the requirements of 60 days in a row on April 3rd (where this feature was introduced).
There is none for 180 days (respect for that!).
You don´t get it recurring, because it started on 3rd and not 180days ago. You will receive the next badge in 60 days.

I know this is annoying somehow. Got a lot of badges, which I already would have earned. But I don´t expect them to be earned in the future (Full Marathon, 30 Days in a row [With variable step goal], all cycle activities, ect.).
