Updating firmware through Connect Mobile

Hello,
Is it possible to update firmware and other things through Connect Mobile?
I have a Vivoactive 3, and I don't know why, it isn't recognized by Garmin Express anymore.

If you have your watch paired to Garmin Connect Mobile, then firmware updates should be uploaded without issues.
