GCM 4.4.X - notification doesn´t work on android

Hi,
GCM 4.1.9 and 4.1.11 - notification with F5X - ok, worked perfectly, no problem
GCM 4.2, 4.3, - notification doesn´t work
GCM 4.4.1 - problem with BT stability, many times during hour disconected and reconected again
GCM 4.4.2 - notification SMS, GMAIL, CALLS doesn´t work again
so, I reverted AGAIN back to 4.1.9. :-(

Do you have the same experience or other?

Yes, exactly the same thing with my FR235 and my LG G6.
When a new GCM version is on the Play Store I try it...then I revert to the 4.1.11 because new versions have always issues !
All is fine with the 4.1.11
So why to update the GCM android app if an old version is ok ? It does the job perfectly and I dont need other features so...I decided now to not install new version anymore...

Yes The same experience here. Have contacted garmin over 10 times about it but they refuse to accept that this problem exist. Only get responses like that I'm the first that report this. No one else have this problem. Please upgrade to version xxx (where xxx only exist for the iphone version.) Or ask me to "upgrade" to 7.93 beta, when I'm already on version 8 of the firmware for the watch. Or tell me to use the computer and garmin express instead ( How they think that would bring the notifications when I'm out running I don't know......)
