My vivoactive 3 does not receive notifications and it loses connection with my phone all the time. Very frustrating since I have only just purchased my vivoactive 3 this week.

Try to instal older version of garmin connect. It sometimes helps.

Last Garmin Connect have issues.
Use the 4.1.11 Version, this is the last one without any problem of connexion or notifiaction
