How to change distance units from miles to km in garmin connect mobile

Hello Garmin and friends,

Can anyone help me to change from miles to km.
In my garmin 5 watch settings is in km but when i sync my activities to my mobile it shows me in miles....

    In GC App, click on your watch icon with green dot (if sync is ok), then click on "Device Parameters" then click on the first line called "System" and there you can change distance format.

    Thanks for replying my post.
    i already changed the settings
    device settings > system > kilometers
    but still no changes :(

    Kokolandiah That setting is for the device - go to settings from main drop down menu
    Select user settings
    Then select Unit of Measure - Metric

    I had this problem with the last update to the watch firmware, where distance and speed were in miles, despite the general settings being metric.

    Annoyingm but easily fixed on the watch:
    Settings> System> Units> Distance = km
