Fenix 3 hr - Steps do not sync

Hi,

since Saturday my steps are not syncing anymore. My watch says 40411 steps and Garmin Connect shows 71. Yesterday and today aren't even visible for steps. My activities show up correctly... What can I do about it?

it looks like something got a hick up.

Does the steps appear in the web browser version of Garmin Connect?

Did you already try to sync your watch via W-LAN?

How much free storage is left on your watch?

I guess you already tried to restart watch and app. In this case I would recommend to reinstall the GC app on your phone.
