Stopped syncing two weeks ago

My Garmin Connect app dont sync any activities from my watch since february 14. There is a connection. When i tap "Sync now" onthe phone it appears to sync for a few seconds. There is no error message. When I tap "Find my device" on the phone, the watch buzzes.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7
Android: 7.0
Garmin Connect: 4.3 (newest)
Watch: Forerunner 735XT software 9.2 (newest)
  • Possible your time sync dropped. Likely you need to fire up a gps app and acquire satellites, that will update the time. Try syncing then. After that you may need to remove your device and reconnect it.

    According to support their devices need to get a gps fix regularly to keep the time synced. It is a real bit of a pain when you have a golf watch and you need to find a golf course every few weeks in the middle of winter.

    Hi tedfroop! I followed your instructions, but it did not help. I have read other threads and some people complain about various problems with version 4.3. Is it possible to revert to 4.2.2? I havent seen any links to previous versions on the Garmin web site
  • I was saving this for last ditch - try removing the device from BOTH Connect mobile and connect Website, then add it again.

    Yes you can change the version. I would contact and work with support first if you can and save mucking around changing versions for last.

    Hi there.

    I have the exact same problem since 14 February. It stopped syncing when I also use the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
    Today I had to recharge my battery. After it was charged I tried to sync with the Garmin Express Software on my laptop. The software gave notification that everything was updated and that it synced ok with date of today and present time. But when I log into my Garmin acoount on the internet all my activities from 15 February untill now are not visible. So there was no synchronisation.

    Anyone any ideas?

    Try 4.1.11. I had these issues with my LG G5 until i uninstalled the latest GCM and installed the 4.1.11 apk.

    Yep, I had to revert to this version after sync and smart notifications went snafu with v4.2. You can get it from APKPure.

    In my case Connect shows 'no data' available from Feb 24th. Phones and tablet are both Sony running Android. Any news from Garmin that they recognise the issue?
