Fenix 3HR: select country

After I update connect App to 4.2, and sync to my F3HR, a message pop on my device
"open app setting in Garmin connect mobile to select country"
I cannot get the option to select country. I have try restart my phone and my device. Also have uninstalled 4.2 and install to a few older verwions, problem still persists. Please assist. Tq

I get it on my S60 as well. I have looked everywhere and I cant find a country setting...

I cracked it!! Go to device, watch faces, and you can pick the watch face and set the country. Can be done in mobile and desktop.

(it was a Garmin app, GoWorld, that was the problem...)
