How do I stop the Connect app from repeatedly pestering me for calendar permissions?

Hi.

The Garmin Connect app on my Android phone pesters me repeatedly to grant it permissions to read my calendar. I don't use any functionality within the app or on my Forerunner 230 that requires this, so I will not enable it for privacy reasons.

How can I stop the app from hassling me?
