Notification interaction - Microsoft Authenticator

Hi,

since a few weeks/months the notification feature for Garmin Smartwatches supports also limited interaction, which is great. I am using the Microsoft Authenticator app to approve logins to MS apps. In case of a notification for login requests I have only the choice of canceling the request or removing the notification from the list. There is no option to approve the request, which would be really convenient. Is there a way to extend the list of options in this particular case?

Do you have turned off 'App lock' on the Microsoft Authenticator?

Turning this off made it work again on my watch.

Same issue here. Using Android app and Fenx 5. Only possible to deny or remove not approve.

In the recent beta firmware of the Fenix5 watch it is possible to approve a request in the Microsoft Authenticator app. Thank you very much Garmin!

Only SMS and Call notifications are designed to be replied from the watch by one of the predefined answers. You cannot answer any other type of notifications.

You can request a new feature through the form https://www.garmin.com/forms/ideas/

I'm able to Deny or Allow the request now.

I'm using the Vivoactive 3 Music

I was able until a few months ago. Then my VivoActive3 stopped offering me the choices. Only have Ignore and Block now

I then got a Venu (same as a VA4) this Christmas and it also behaves the same way :(

Gotta be something with my Microsoft account or phone. Anybody has an idea. It was really useful not having to take out th phone for MFA.

any love for forerunner 245 ?? I only see an option of 'clear' for the notification.
