Historical data not storing in Connect

My Vivosmart HR appears to be syncing with my phone successfully but Connect has not stored any historical data since 16th Jan ( I'm assuming this is when it upgraded) also on my daily page it's only showing steps and calories no intensity minutes or stairs ect. Its also showing nothing from yesterday even though it's all switched on. I guessing that's because it's not getting stored. Anyone any ideas what causing this as it's really annoying

    This has happened for me also. Since 17th Jan no associated weight stats stored. Only weight. But Daily summary shows the morning weight in I do. But won't save historically.

    I've logged this with Garmin Support 3 days ago but haven't had any response. Getting really fed up with the lack of response poor customer service

    Still no response from Garmin Support might have to post on their Facebook page

    This still hasnt been resolved its been going on for months now, the last response I've had from Garmin UK is that its a known issue logged with Garmin Europe and theres nothing Garmin UK can do. Dont really think this is good enough. It been going on for Months. Could someone from Garmin please give a response as to what is happening and when I can expect a fix or even a timeframe of when you can expect a response.
