Vivofit sleep tracking isn't showing up.

Since last night's update, Garmin mobile says there's no sleep data and suggests I wear my tracking device at night. Since I had just taken it out of sleep mode (having worn it all night), this makes no sense to me. Is anyone else having this problem? I wanted to email support, but the label with my serial number (which is a required field) has worn off because I've been using it for three years without having this problem.
