Not all of watch faces show up in IQ

I can see there are 6 watches faces in my Vivo active HR, but just four showed up in connect after sync.
any suggestions to solve this problem?

I'm not sure I understand you, but the built-in watchfaces are not Connect IQ, so they show up on the watch, but not in Garmin Connect Mobile.

I asked because the very first one I bought did show built-in watch faces. The step counter didn't work so I returned it for this second one.
Maybe I am wrong.
