Connect mobile announces update when none exists

I usually sync my Edge 1000 on the PC via USB, but occasionally I use the Connect mobile app on my phone with the 1000 paired to the phone via Bluetooth. Every time I pair the 1000 to the phone and start Connect mobile, it tells me there's an update for the 1000. There isn't - if I turn off B/T and connect the 1000 to the PC, Garmin Express tells me the 1000 is up to date, software version 14.40, which has been installed on it for several weeks now.
