An error has occurred message

Hi I'm after some advice.
Whenever I try to access various areas on my garmin connect app, I get the message that an error has occured. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it hasn't helped. I've got an android phone and it's when I try to look at stats on my profile and at ftp/kg as an example, nothings there and it says "an error occurred". It also doesn't show my connections anything at all, says 0 steps and otherwise they can't see anything, despite settings being set to them being able to see it etc.
Anyone knows what I can do?

I'm getting the same message too. Used to say "no data available" now it says "an error has occured". Very irritating

I contacted garmin and they've opened a case but haven't got anywhere yet. I'll update if i do.

I get this every time I try Newsfeed, or Calendar or Notification...and I can't get Weather on my watch either .. only had the phone 2 weeks so have paid for something which has 50% not functioning.really cross!! And I've gone through the videos on you tube to make sure every single setting is switched on ..

Thanks...if I can't get it resolved then it's going back !!!!!£200 plus is alot of money for it not to function properly!!
