Turn off "Your activity is ready to view" notification

How do one turn off the "Your activity is ready to view" notification?

I have a 920xt and after it transfers the activity over bluetooth it then notifies, "Transfer complete". That's all good and well.
But then the Garmin Connect Mobile App (Android) notifies my, both on the phone and as a "smart notification" on the 920xt, that "Your activity is ready to view".
How can I turn of this notification both on the phone and on the watch (the "Transfer complete" is ok though and probably not possible to turn off I guess)?
I don't want to turn of other notifications on the watch such as calls, sms etc.
I have these settings shown in the screenshots.

I don't know of a way to do what you ask. It'd be best to submit an enhancement request to Garmin. The provide a process for that through the link below, http://www8.garmin.com/contactUs/ideas/. Posting in the forums isn't sufficient, as there's no guarantee that anyone in the product teams will see it.

So you mean that the switches "Activity upload" under Settings -> Notifications -> Mobile, and "Connect" under Settings -> Smart Notifications is not supposed to do what i'm asking for?

I'm currently having a request running with the support, but they seams totally out of it, saying things like "like on the iphone" and "you could receive smart notifications over wifi".

And now the new "trophys" cant be turned off either.
  • I don't want to turn of other notifications on the watch such as calls, sms etc.
Just block the Garmin Connect Mobile app in the Android operating system settings from sending notifications; that would not stop other apps from generating notifications that end up in the Notification Centre, which would then be forwarded as smart notifications to the Garmin wearable device by the GCM app.
  • I would have thought that setting would work for disabling the message.
Which version of GCM are you using? the screen shot of the Smart Notifications seems to suggest you are using an older version of GCM
