Emergency contacts

I did the setup of my emergency contacts for incident detection with Edge 820. Now I want to change them but cannot... Why? How to?

Sorry, figured out: delete one with a swipe, and then change it...

In Garmin Connect on my android phone, how can I select 911 as one of my 3 emergency contacts. In my phone's contact list is an entry called "ICE", which is 911 emergency. Most 911 centers can now accept text messages, and choosing this as an option for Incident Detection seems logical.
