all activities named "Untitled" regardless of the settings

So, this happens with my wife's Vivosmart HR+, she's using Samsung Galaxy S7. My VAHR and Samsung A5 work like a charm, automatically setting the name of location and activity type.

I've tried switching the settings in the web GC on and off, changing from Location and Type to Location and Name back and forth - won't help. One more weird thing - the language always shows as Arabic (as far as I understand), although the system language on the device and GC is English. I change it back to En, the system acknowledges the change of the language only until the next time I check the settings - and it's Arabic once again.

Any ideas? Thank you

Solved - it's absolutely necessary that the same language used in the phone / Garmin Connect Mobile, desktop Garmin Connect, and the watch itself. In my wife's case her phone was in Ukrainian whereas GC / the watch used English. Changing the phone settings to English was sufficient to deal with the problem.
